ACTOR Shia LaBeouf has agreed to star in a yet untitled film about the now infamous production of the movie ‘Don’t Worry Darling’. The 36-year-old actor will play the lead role of embattled actor-turned-director Olivia Wilde.

In an interesting turn, LaBeouf will also play Wilde’s love interest in real life, Harry Styles, which critics are already saying could earn Shia a potential Oscar nod.

The film, which will be rated R, has been described as a “erotic/revenge/thriller” with “tons of backstabbing, love affairs, devious scheming and more”.

Unintentional Media will produce with Netflix, Amazon Studios and Apple locked in an intense bidding war for exclusive distribution rights to the film which is expected to release in Winter 2024 to give LaBeouf time to prepare his body for the unique roles.

LaBeouf has been out of work since exiting the movie Don’t Worry Darling, told Variety “Yeah you know I’m really excited if not a little nervous but I think that is natural. I’ve never worn hooves before so I’ll need a lot of training before I’ll really feel I can truly embody Olivia.”

Jason Sudeikis is set to make a cameo in the movie as a process server who serves LaBeouf’s character custody papers.
